So I’ve just booked my tickets back to China for a holiday…  after much trouble I might add.  I will write a separate article about that [link]  but I was trying to book via c-trip for a long time, and was refused a total of 11 times.  1st credit cards in the Netherlands have strict limits.. and then if you don’t enter your Chinese card information exactly right… then you can’t buy whatever you want to buy.  My friend Louis even tried to help as well.. but it wouldn’t work for him either… and after much hassle with customer service staff just telling us that we should use VISA, and eventually trying the Chinese language website which… coincidentally has more payment options available… it still failed.

So I contacted a friend’s (Feaksie) contact –Min, she booked the flights in a matter of minutes for the correct price.  Wechat transfer her the money, no payment problems.

Easy and convenient.

I will continue using her services in the future because its just so convenient. If anyone needs to book some flights, contact me and I’ll send you her wechat.

So the general plan is.. :

Amsterdam to Hong Kong  arriving on Thursday the 13th of July

Spend Friday going to motomart  http://www.motomartco.com/  planning on buying a discounted racing suit.

Saturday morning cross the border into Shenzhen.  Meet up with Serpentza, the guy that does the China how it is youtube channel + advChina.

Would love to hear his thoughts on a few things, plus he seems like a really nice guy.

Sunday the 16th late at night fly to Beijing.   Where I will be catching up with all my friends.

And Tuesday August the 2nd I will fly back to the Netherlands.

This gives me about 2 weeks to spend in Beijing.

In this time in intend to:
-Go clubbing with Fenny and Meiling,
-Film 2-3 videos with Galen (my motorbike youtube channel partner)
+ plan out a couple of future videos & share learnt techniques etc.
-Catch up and go riding with Louis, Clement, Adrien, Josh & Uday
-Catch up with my good friend Shaun and have a few beers or 12
-Catch up with Pedy
-Travel to Ordos International Racetrack again for another track-weekend
-Travel to Chengdu to visit my good friend Michael and Victoria
-Catch up with a bunch of colleagues and have a few dinners with them
-Catch up with my Chinese family if they’re in Beijing at the time.
-Get some suits made at a local tailor

I will be taking my new awesome camera, my Mavic Pro drone, my helmet and a happy attitude to enjoy a bunch of awesome stuff in China.

Louis said I might be able to borrow is Benelli bn300 whilst I’m there.. because its getting a little risky for him to drive it at the moment.  Which means I’ll be able to get around the city very easily.

I’m really looking forward to it.  And I hope I’ll be able to take some nice pictures, and make some nice videos of the experience.

China here I come!
