Working in both English & Chinese in a Logistics company focused on providing solutions to cross-border e-commerce companies, Beijing

Strategy Channel Management

-To help set up these international trade channels for the flow of goods.

-Help set up the required locations needed, and relationships with service providers within those locations for which we will perhaps not have our wholly owned operations.

-Do this by creating initial and ongoing contact with these service providers, and Customs offices, as well as key management. By creating personable and influential relationships and expressing in frank terms what is needed and what needs to happen for a project to go forth when the time is right or professional and courteous business relationships when its not.

-Create personable relationships with potential clients who I do not have direct contact with within my projects, by creating understanding of our company’s operations when these clients visit company headquarters on sightseeing tours, dinners etc.

-To help various departments within the company structure by creating links between the important members that may not know what is needed when, yet have the skills necessary to help. This is done by knowing the complete strategic map of what the company wants to achieve; a general knowledge of how everything within the company works and how each department contributes to the goals of the company; knowledge of my own role and how it helps the company; knowing what each member does and how they can help and by having good relationships with each of these members to some extent.
